Avoid Nightmare Scenarios: Clients should not underestimate the diversity, complexity and quantity of the products required for a new hotel. Three thousand products with a variety of specifications and finishes from over a hundred suppliers in many different countries is a lot to manage and professional expertise is essential to avoid a nightmare scenario of late deliveries and wrong products.
Remove Guesswork: A virtual hotel is created an early stage through my Masterlist System. This removes any guesswork and allows budgets and lists to be generated and costs ro be allocated accurately at an early stage. A budget framework is provided to the various consultants involved in the FF&E and OS&E planning.
Avoid Late Deliveries: Late deliveries can be costly and threaten the opening. My suppliers are familiar with the challenges of project work and provide an efficient effective service delivering on time and according to the delivery schedule.

Nothing Forgotten or Double counted: Some products may be on more than one scope of work leading to the costly possibility of nill or double counting. I crosscheck the Masterlist with the other scope documents ensuring that any problems are resolved.
Detailed Specifications: Without a good specification suppliers may misquote and supply the wrong product leading to delays, stress and overspends. I avoid this problem by providing detailed appropriate specifications with pictures and troubleshooting remarks .
Safety: If the equipment is not to the correct standards then there is a risk to the client and there may be delays to the hotel opening by local safety officials. I ensure that all equipment corresponds to the correct EU and International Hotel standards. This includes health, hygiene, fire, safety, ecological and electrical standards.
Reduce Costly mistakes by suppliers: Long complex quotes of hundreds of diverse products may contain costly mistakes by some suppliers in terms of price, spec and quantity. This must be picked up early by the trained eye. I review all quotes to ensure that this does not occur.
Accurate Quantities: The Masterlist System contains thousands of formulas coefficients developed through the use on over a hundred projects. This ensures accurate quantities.
Masterlist kept up to date: As the project develops there are often changes made to the hotel configuration and operation. The Budget and Masterlist System is updated quickly and painlessly corresponding to these changes.
Ecological Products: Hotel customers are aware of ecological issues so I review the life cost of the product and its effect on the environment in terms of water usage, energy efficiency, materials used and waste produced in both manufacturing and in operation
