Introduction

Professional expertise is essential to avoid a nightmare scenario of late deliveries, goods unfit or unsafe for their intended purpose and serious over or under expenditure.

I am a purchasing consultant, specialising in hotel equipment (OS&E) for new five star hotel projects. I offer hotel owners and operators a service that is tailored to their needs and which will make their procurement tasks simpler and save them time and money. I offer a broad service from supplier and product advice to full hotel equipment (OS&E) procurement package including setting product specifications, detailed budgets /lists and tendering.

For Furniture and fixtures( FF&E ) I offer a support service which is for those Clients that have their own internal procurement resources. This consists of advice on reliable suppliers and manufacturers, allowing hotels to leverage not only large amounts of spend but also supplier expertise, not typically found in a procurement department.

The service is essentially web-based, and enables Clients (or their buyers), to manage their own procurement activities locally with the "online" support of an experienced specialist. It is especially useful for those Clients in remote (from me) locations . Clients avoid unnecessary procurement fees and ensure that their hotel is furnished and equipped to the correct standards at competitive prices.
