Terms and Conditions


Fees
  • Consultancy including FF&E and OS&E Masterlist Service is fee based. Client should request a fee proposal.
  • Purchasing support service for FF&E and OS&E is fee based.
  • One Stop Shop Quotation Service is free to the client if they place an order through me for all (most) of the OS&E. If the client requires only the Masterlist, tailored to their project, then a a fee is charged according to the complexity of the project. This is normally paid on account. If an order for all of the OS&E is subsequently placed through Robert Dunn then this fee is refunded to client.

    • Conditions Relating To One Stop Shop Quotation
  • For Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) .
  • Robert Dunn provides Client with an OS&E budget estimate and a preliminary detailed Masterlist Quotation.
  • The preliminary Budget Masterlist Estimate is reviewed by Client for example in terms of quantities, prices and specifications.
  • Client advises Robert DUNN if any products are not required from the Masterlist or if any additional products should be included.
  • Samples and brochures reviewed by Client.
  • After review of lists and samples a revised Masterist Quotation is provided.
  • After approval by Client of the Final Quotation the client is then provided with a copy of the contracts and quotations from the third party suppliers.
  • Orders are not placed by the Client with Robert Dunn but direct by the Client with the third party suppliers.
  • Robert Dunn will expedite and coordinate the shipment, normally FOB
  • Delivery coordinated by Client
  • Equipment is sourced from reputable, tried and tested suppliers of equipment for 5 star international hotels.
  • At the budget stage, prices are indicative only.
  • All prices are exworks and do not include freight to hotel, local duties or handling.
  • Re supply prices are not negotiated by Robert Dunn unless specifically requested by client.
  • Payment of supplier invoices by Robert Dunn is not included.
  • Normally Robert Dunn's service is for new hotel openings and refurbishments with a minimum of 50 bedrooms.
  • Some items may only be available locally and will not therefore be supplied by Robert Dunn.

    • Conditions Relating To Workbooks
  • Any information provided by Robert Dunn has been reviewed by Robert Dunn and is believed to be accurate. However Robert Dunn does not assume any responsibility for inaccuracies, errors or omissions that may be contained herein.
  • In no event will Robert Dunn be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from a defect or omission in any document.
  • The information or products provided by Robert Dunn can never lead to rights or claims against Robert Dunn. Neither can they be committed or engaged by publication or distribution of any data.
  • Every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the accuracy of any information or quality of product provided or supplied by Robert Dunn
  • Unless approved by operations and the client all documents are for discussion purposes only.
  • The Furniture, fixtures & Equipment and Operating Equipment listings (FF&E and OE listings) are extracted from a hotel program /model exclusively owned by Robert Dunn. Due to the complexity of this software it is for Robert Dunn's use only and not for our client's direct use.

    • Intellectual Property
  • Trademarks and all custom graphics are trademarks and/or trade dress of Robert Dunn, other trademarks, product names, registered names or logos on this site are the property of their respective owners.
  • The FF&E and Operating Equipment Listing Workbook can be used by the Client/Licensee only for that project as agreed with Robert Dunn and is the header on the Worksheets.
  • Client/Licensee acknowledges that all copies of the Workbook and the Documentation, as well as proprietary rights in and to the Workbook and the Documentation including all copyright, patent and trade secret rights, are and shall remain the sole property of the Consultant/Licenser.
  • Client /Licensee shall not transfer or sub-license any part of the Workbook
  • If Robert Dunn is contracted to source operating equipment for the client he will source, to the best of his ability, those items on the detailed lists approved by the client and or hotel operations. It is the responsibility of the supplier to match the specifications which Robert Dunn supplies and for the purchaser to ensure this and that the the products conform to appropriate local standards.
